Returning for this concert is PLUG regular, percussionist Calum Huggan, who will be performing alongside our contemporary music ensemble, RCS MusicLab. Programme to include new works by: Ember Murray, Niall Docherty, Po-Shu Hsu (Hiro Kyo), Peter Rowan and Mingyi Wang.

For this PLUG edition of Fridays at One, we’re joined by tuba and euphonium duo, Dopey Monkey, who will be performing a range of new student works. Dopey Monkey Danielle Price Tuba Martin Thomson Euphonium Programme to include new works by Riley Mackenzie, Elise Haller-Shannon, Hannah Siddiqui, Lucy Morrell, Patrick Fernandez and Rachel Sullivan.
The finalists of the Classical Concerto Prize perform in the Ledger Recital Room for this coveted award. The winner will be given the opportunity to perform their concerto with the RCS Symphony Orchestra next year.
