Royal Conservatoire of Scotland – Fridays at One: Jeffrey Sharkey – Speak Low

Following on from their music drama about Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald a few years ago, director Stasi Schaffer and pianist Jeffrey Sharkey will be developing a new music drama called Speak Low about the lives of Kurt Weill and Lotte Lenya.

The performance will feature selected correspondence from the couple, enacted by RCS actors; songs and instrumental music by Kurt Weill, George Gershwin, Alban Berg, Danny Elfman.
